Reservations:
Please check our calendar first and then telephone or email with your preferred dates and group size. Large groups must reserve at least four weeks in advance, individuals at least 10 days in advance. Discounts available for return guests.

Cancellations:
Must be given at least 1 week in advance for individuals, and 3 weeks in advance for groups. There will be a 20% fee charged for all cancellations after that time. Groups cancelling within 5 days of event will be additionally charged for food.
In the event of a road closure due to inclement weather, all fees will be refunded or credited.

What to Bring:
Please call about the availability of art materials, easels, pottery wheel. Most studio items are on a first come-first serve basis. Bring your own materials if you have specific projects in mind during our Open Art Weekends, ie: easels and watercolor sets, if you wish to paint out of doors.
..... We are not equipped to entertain children. We do not have televisions in rooms, swimming pool or child safe premises. We can supply internet access if imperative, but encourage you to have an electronic-free weekend.
